He offered me a shuttle to work right away. However, because I work in Southfield and the traffic is so heavy, I figured my car would be done just as quick and didn't want to burden a driver with traffic. Mike was upfront and honest and said it would be about an hour. He was correct! He explained everything to me and kept me up to date on what was happening and gave me time frames. Mike has always been very courteous with me for all the times I've been there to get my car serviced. He always explains things and will always be honest with you. More

Friendly Dealership - Summary of Service was POOR I brought my new Cherokee Trailhawk in for oil change and tire rotation on 3/23. Decided to drive all the way out from Waterford to Walled Lake as our I brought my new Cherokee Trailhawk in for oil change and tire rotation on 3/23. Decided to drive all the way out from Waterford to Walled Lake as our salesperson was very helpful and made our experience pleasant. This was the first time bringing my vehicle back to Shuman since we purchased it in October 2016. Mike Liess came to the lounge area about 40 minutes after I handed my keys over to him, as he estimated a 45 min to 1 hour wait. I was very pleased that my experience was quick and easy and was able to drive away with keys in hand in less than an hour. However, after arriving home I noticed that my paperwork stated that my vehicle is MISSING ONE LUGNUT. This upset me as no one discussed this with me while I was at the dealership. There was no sense of urgency or concern that this was missing. I brought this to my fiance's attention and he went outside to inspect this issue. After he took a look at the front left tire hub, he noticed that not only was the lug nut missing, the ENTIRE threaded bolt attached to the wheel hub was gone. I know have to reach out to the dealership to discuss warranty repair. This is just time deducted from my schedule when this could have been easily handled while I was already at the dealership.
