Best Service Experience EVER! Had a recall. Called to make the appointment and was told to plan to leave my vehicle since there were “ a lot” of cars needing the fix. Got to the d Had a recall. Tim F was my service rep - big smile - friendly greeting. I asked how long it would take and he asked if I’d like to wait. I said yes if it’s not too long. He said he’d check with the tech and I went to the waiting area. He came to the waiting are about 40 minutes later - not to give me a status update but to tell me my car was ready!!! Even the cashier was pleasant and smiling. Shuman has really amped up their service routine!! I was thrilled!! More
