I have always had excellent service experiences with Shuman and have always felt confident that they always have my best interest in mind. When I bought my Jeep in 2012 from Suburban Chrysler Jeep in Farmington Hills, it was such a miserable, frustrating experience, that I swore that I wo When I bought my Jeep in 2012 from Suburban Chrysler Jeep in Farmington Hills, it was such a miserable, frustrating experience, that I swore that I would drive that Jeep until the wheels fell off, just so that I would not have to deal with another horrifying car-buying experience. That day finally came, and I was literally dreading having to make calls to get pricing on new Jeeps. Particularly as a woman, you feel very guarded, and as if you have to over-educate yourself to keep from being taken down the rabbit hole. I was so, so blessed to be connected by way of an internet inquiry to Amy Luoma at Shuman. She was so professional, right from the start. She found me the vehicle I was looking for, with the options I was seeking, at the exact price I was hoping for. The whole inquiry took about 15 minutes, and was more pleasant and tension free than I could have ever imagined. When I arrived at the dealership the day after, she had the paperwork all ready for me. No waiting. My car was pulled up. It was clean. It had everything that she said that it did. She took my trade vehicle and got me the very price that I had asked for it. That was a bonus blessing, and I could not have been happier, or more grateful. Within 2.5 hours, I was in my new vehicle. She showed me how to use all of the features, put my new plate on, and I was down the road. I could hardly believe how pleasant and stressful and...dare I say...enjoyable, my car purchase was. As a follow up--- they arranged the install of an after-market sunroof for my Jeep Renegade. Based on the fact that Suburban had installed one in my 2012 Jeep Patriot, and it was completely rusted out within a month, I was very concerned about the same happening to this one. Amy took my concerns very seriously, and got an assurance from Premium, the installation company, that they have a sealant that they use for preventing rust. Further, someone on her management team offered me the use of his truck for the day while my Jeep was having the moonroof installed, so that I could get to my job and home. No questions asked. No waiting. No messing about. I could not be more grateful. Shuman, and particularly Amy Luoma offer a very, very rare kind of customer service and personalized care that is very hard to come buy. I cannot recommend them enough. More
