He gave me some ball parks over the phone and I told him what I was interested in. Steve found good matches and had everything ready to test drive when me and my family arrived. I went in thinking I would lease a 300s due to the good rebates = low $. I liked the Ram 1500 best and Steve worked to get me a great deal which was so very close to the 300 payment that it was a no brainier. I use to hate going to dealers to buy a new car. Steve removes all the bad stuff like haggling on the price or the lame dealer moves like "like me go get my manger - really" or trying to sell you extra stuff you don't need. He works with multiple lease companies to get the prices low. His prices are good from the start and makes his money on repeat customers (like me). I will continue to take the 45 min drive once a year when I have a car due for turning in (I buy all my cars from him). Best prices and treats you right. The paper work at Shuman is also great. I hate sitting in the "finance manager's" office for 40 min signing lease documents like some dealers. At Shuman I spent only a few minutes at Steve's desk. So quick and easy. More

A minute after entering the showroom, we were asked if we needed assistance and were directed to salesman Steve Knapp. He answered all our questions and took the time to consult with the service department about the possibility of having a spare tire kit added on to the Pacifica we intended to purchase. The kit was installed, and our Pacifica was ready to be picked up the following day. Steve thoroughly explained how all the features on our Pacifica worked and told us to call him immediately if we ran into any problems. We had not anticipated such a great buying experience, but we were very impressed from the time we walked in. More
