As a stay at home mom of a toddler my time is very valuable and in the cold weather in our area I received quick and friendly service for my vehicle. As a stay at home mom of a toddler my time is very valuable and in the cold weather in our area they gave me a wonderful shuttle to and from my house so I could get on with my day. The issues (minor) were quickly addressed and they let me know by phone call once the work was finished. I did not have an appointment for service but were able to take care of my needs in a timely manner. More

It was NOT what I had hoped for The experience was pretty bad. I had an old car and needed a nice reliable new car so I went to the dealer. I am a first time buyer and bought a car from them and within the first week it broke and left me stranded. My dad picked me up and told me it needed to go back. I took on this huge responsibility of a car and thought well I'll give the dealership the benefit of the doubt.. it was a transmission issue.. not a small issue and found out that chrysler was trying to hide the lawsuit. I drive a manual and the transmission just like in any car is important and I'm very aware of that. It took them a week to fix it and I got it back and was happy. Although getting a rental was quite an issue as they wanted me to pay for it. I bought a car and a week later had to pay for a rental? No. They eventually accommodated me and that was good. 10 days later the car broke again. Same part needed to be replaced and it's been in their shop four days now. I thought a lot about this car and I have to say I was nervous that it broke twice within the first month and having a payment on it for some years really wasn't ideal.. so I decided to make the responsible choice of going back to unwind the deal. Boy did I think it was going to be easy since it's such a large purchase.. I can tell you it was not the most pleasant experience I've had a the dealership. John K, the used car manager, was calling me names and pretty much gesturing that I had no idea about the situation and that he couldn't unwind the deal regardless of the situation. I know it's not common for them to unwind a deal but I know they can and should with a situation like mine.. he was very sure that that just doesn't happen. It's very hard for me to find a manual car with cloth seats like I'm comfortable with so to me it was a choice I thought about quit extensively and talked through my family about. The used car manager said I was condescending and quite frankly I'm not totally sure what that even means. A huge investment for me and wanted to make sure it was taken care of properly. I caught them lying twice about some things and the grown man that should be professional and respectful eventually made me cry. It takes a lot for me to cry. I hear I'm not the only one he's been unkind to either. Another dealership I had talked to for more information did say yes it's certainly possible to unwind the deal and in this case was very very imperative to do so. So at the end of this situation I think although shuman has had good ratings up until now because for me it wasn't the experience I was hoping for I felt robbed ambushed and completely disrespected and very much weary. I'm figuring out another way to be able to make sure I'm not paying out of pocket for the extra 25,000 miles on it that they overcharged me for.. it's a huge ordeal and many nitty gritty details that are pretty serious. Anyways I got some things resolved on my own :) so I'm satisfied and still going to make sure things are right so other people don't feel how I did and are aware and educated! Be strong and don't allow anyone to make you work years for a car that isn't reliable enough to get you to and from work. Unfortunate but I think will be resolved soon.. More
