Purchased used 2016 Grand Caravan James Lange, the Sales Consultant who helped us with our purchase, a 2016 Grand Caravan, was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purch James Lange, the Sales Consultant who helped us with our purchase, a 2016 Grand Caravan, was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase, and also about the buying process, This made selecting and buying a car far less stressful than we imagined that it would be, given that we had not purchased a car in 16 years. He went with us both times that we test drove the car and answered so many questions for us as we drove, which helped us feel at ease driving a vehicle so much bigger than our previous car. He even allowed us to drive the car home to make sure that it would fit in our garage. This was also very helpful. The dealership has a used car certification program that addressed any found issues prior to our purchase. That helped us to feel confident about the condition of the car before we made our purchase. We would definitely recommend Shuman Chrysler, and James Lange, to anyone looking to buy a used car. More
