I drove 35 miles to get there.....worth every mile! Used car.......there I said it.The mere mention of a used car salesman sends some people running for the hills. Let me tell you, this is not the case Used car.......there I said it.The mere mention of a used car salesman sends some people running for the hills. Let me tell you, this is not the case at Shuman. Isay was kind, professional and courteous through my entire buying process(trust me I was a difficult customer through this process). He addressed any concerns I had with the vehicle as if they were his own. I also liked how the finance manager (Steve) wasn't hiding in a back room somewhere barking numbers at the sales staff, he was out and about the sales floor conversing with guests. When it was time to talk numbers he was right there and gave you options instead of the "that's how it is" speech. Overall I would say it was well worth my 35 mile trip to Walled Lake to meet these gentleman and pick up my "new to me" car. More
