superior service done fast I was use to my Compass that needed an oil change every 3000 mile, with the Renegade it's only when the change oil light come on. At check in they found I also needed a software update. I was advised if I had the time it could a little longer than I expected to wait. It was maybe 5 minutes. I appreciated the speed to get me on my way and the care they took of my car. I always feel the service guys treat me and my car with the same respect as if it was their own car. More

Engine light panic Leaving for work first thing in the morning. My 2015 Patriot with 7000 miles on it chugged...sputtered and the engine light was on. Drove to Shuman Chrysler Jeep right then......my vehicle was taken immediately and I was given transportation to work. My Jeep was ready the next day. Good service. Good communication. Vehicle ready when promised. Provided transportation so I didn't miss work. Friendly. Everyone smiles. Good experience with a pain in the neck situation. Overall the dealership could use some TLC estetics wise. The cashier was nice and friendly however the files all around and stacks tipping over make it messy and unorganized looking. Walls need some paint. Certainly not a high end glamorous dealership but very nice people with a hometown atmosphere. Comfortable actually. My service advisor,Mike, took my vehicle and had me in loaner car within 30 minutes. Tops. What I thought was going to be a disaster was far from it. I will be referring my sister who has the exact same vehicle I have to Mike for service also. I have a theory about dealerships. I don't care much about the salesman. You only need them for a new car. But a service advisor is needed regularly to keep your vehicle running smoothly and safely. Good service is hard to find. Give Mike a high five and treat him to lunch. He's gained a customer for your dealership. More
