When they told me they'd get information and return my call, they did. Mike Yezak gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to contact him with any questions we might have, even after hours. Moreover, he didn't make promises that he couldn't/wouldn't keep - they followed through on everything they said they'd do. Although they didn't give me the best price right out of the gate, Shuman did offer to beat anyone's deal. And, in the end, they couldn't actually beat the best deal....but they came very very close. After a very frustrating experience with Telegraph Chrysler in Taylor (do yourself a favor - don't even CONSIDER using that dealership), I went back to Mike at Shuman. He was kind, professional, and fair. More

Great Service Rick Schwartz was excellent in replacing my blown out tire. I have a tire & wheel warranty and he got my claim approved in short order and a new Mich Rick Schwartz was excellent in replacing my blown out tire. Fantastic Service! So happy that I went to Shuman Chrysler for my first lease. I was a little nervous about making the change from owning to leasing, but Steve Knapp was So happy that I went to Shuman Chrysler for my first lease. I was a little nervous about making the change from owning to leasing, but Steve Knapp was super knowledgeable about the whole process and made it so easy! I told Steve what I was looking for in a car and within less than 2 hours, he had found exactly what I wanted, at a price I was comfortable with. He was upfront and honest with both me and my husband, which is extremely admirable (and rarely found) in a sales person these days. Steve walked us through the entire process, making everything so seamless and even exciting! I am absolutely loving my new car and am not at all apprehensive about re-leasing with Shuman in the future (as long as I can work with Steve). We were helped by Justin, who came highly recommended to us. He made our visit so different than any other previous visits to dealerships. He didn't engage in high pressure sales and was very forthcoming with all of our questions and concerns that come with such a purchase. Justin made the process pretty fun and exciting, but at the same time, he was very patient with my Indecisiveness. We very much appreciated his prompt attention to follow up phone calls and his coordination with our outside lender. He even checked in with us after the sale to see how everything was going with our new Jeep. We highly recommend visiting Justin at Shuman, he made our visit a five star customer service experience! We ended up with a great deal and we LOVE our new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk!! More
