Much of the process was handled over the phone or through email. I was really undecided about a new car and it took me over 2 months to finally make a decision. After many various quotes and options and changing my mind many many times we finally got it done. Throughout this time my salesperson. Tim, was always kind, patient and prompt with any new inquiry. Most would have given up on me! The final "deal" involved a trade and this dealership was more than fair. I would definitely go back to Tim if I were to consider another Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle. Thank you Tim, and Shuman Motors, for taking the "hassle" out of the car buying process! More
