Service is top notch! I purchased my Jeep from Shuman in Jan of 2013. Usually this ends my dealings with a dealership until I desire/require a new vehicle. I have found the service department here exceptional! My service manager, Mike Weinstein, always goes above and beyond. I live a great distance from this dealership, but I make the trip to make certain that my Jeep is maintained. All basic maintenance and recall work have been performed with a high standard over the years. This department really goes the extra mile to take care of your vehicle's needs. My last visit was for a recall (fuel pump) and some basic maintenance (oil change / tires rotated). The Tech, GJon did the work and I am very happy! Oh yea, Mike noticed a few updates were available for my Jeep and also replaced the battery in my overused key fob. Like I stated earlier, "Above and beyond." There is a reason this dealership gets high ratings every year. Simply put, they want to earn your business. Not for the short term, but to gain you as a loyal customer. Tim Dalsasso deserves 6 stars!! This was my second time working with Tim Dalsasso and I will never go to anyone else! I was in the Jeep Grand Cherokee but wanted to get out early and This was my second time working with Tim Dalsasso and I will never go to anyone else! I was in the Jeep Grand Cherokee but wanted to get out early and get into something similar in size but I had to have navigation! However I wanted to stay around my same payment! Not only did Tim take the time to get everything I wanted written down but he stayed on top of it! When the payments got to where I wanted them he called me immediately!!! He had everything ready to go! Not only did he get me the navigation I wanted but he also got my heated seats, wheel, remote start, and back up camera!!! THEN on top of it all when I went in to sign everything he even threw in the key warranty for free!! One main thing that sets Tim out from other dealers I have worked with is he never is in a rush to just get me to sign and out the door. He actually takes his time and works with me until I am 110% happy! He seems to care more about his customers then just making another sale and that I truly appreciate!!! Like I said in the title if I could have given Tim a 6th star I would have!!!! Thank you again so much and we look forward to working with you again in the next couple months on my husbands truck!!
