Having come from 2 other dealers that wouldn't seem to give me the time of day I was happy to have run across Steve. He did his best to accommodate my request and absolutely was responsive and involved in seeing to it that my dream became a reality. After sitting down and talking to him, sitting in the car (I'm tall) and making sure I fit. I went home and mulled over what I was looking to spend and what I wanted. I came back about a week later with a deposit check and we got the ball rolling. Absolutely stellar customer service. Great prices I decided to trade my car in on a Chrysler 300s fully loaded. I had a set price I would not go over for a payment. But the dealer offered me a nice trade-in along with a VERY workable lease price making the decision a LOT easier.
