He was very good about prompt responses to my emails before I visited the dealership which I feel was very important. I was having a very difficult time making up my mind about which vehicle I should lease and he was so patient and helpful in guiding my decision. During the whole negotiation process he explained everything in great detail and helped me weigh the pros and cons of deciding which vehicle would suite my needs. I ended up with the Jeep Cherokee and could not be happier, was exactly the right vehicle for me. I have been dreading going thru this process again, but he make it easy and painless.
