Customer Care to the Extreme Today my daughter and I had to make an emergency stop at Shuman. Our Jeep Cherokee was making a horrible rattling noise. As I drove into the Service Today my daughter and I had to make an emergency stop at Shuman. Our Jeep Cherokee was making a horrible rattling noise. As I drove into the Service Center, one employee behind the counter gave me a reassuring smile immediately and another, Rick Schwartz, walked right over to the car and before I could say one word, he said, "I've heard that noise before. You have a rock behind the brake panel." I was so excited to hear that he knew what the sound was and that the i titian diagnosis was something simple. We left the car at the dealership and walked across the parking lot to the Coney Island for lunch. Just as we were finishing up lunch, Rick walked in with a smile and my car key. He had taken the car through the car wash and delivered is personally to me at the restaurant! I was overwhelmed. I was literally stunned by such over-the-top customer care during these times when customer care is not always priority #1. Thank you to Rick Schwartz and Chris Shaw for an excellent experience!
