I had been at the dealership checking out a few of the Durango's when a sales person asked me if I needed any assistance. I told her that I was interested in the Durango's and would like to test drive one. I could tell that she was in the middle of moving a car around to the front; likely for someone to test drive. She told me that she was currently busy, but for me to come up front and she'd see if she could hook me up with an available sales rep, since she didn't have time right then. I could tell she quite honest and what mattered most to her was customer service. I thought it was very nice of her to offer me the chance to meet with someone else, however, I was in a bit of a hurry and just figured I'd come back at a later time. A couple days later, I came in again. This time, the nice woman out in the parking lot, Teri Kiefer, was available to meet with me. I talked with her a bit on the phone, before coming in so that I wouldn't have to waste too much time telling her what it was that I wanted in a vehicle. I was very surprised that she had chosen the vehicle I had wanted, and a price that I was willing to pay. I don't like having to sit in dealerships for hours, trying to get the best prices. Terri was very understanding of what I was willing to pay and she didn't waste my time. I purchased my vehicle near the beginning of the summer. While it has been awhile since then, I still think about that super friendly personality that Terri brings to the Shuman team, and how she started my summer off on the right note!
