Always pleasant and helpful, really went the extra yard for me. One of the nicest things about Schuman and their salesmen/women is that the follow up with you after the purchase. Offer help and training on your new vehicle. It is great since the purchase of an auto is right up there with large purchases in your life, it is nice to know that I can go back at anytime and ask questions or get help with whatever I need. Shawn's name was given to me through a friend and he came highly recommended. Right off the bat he was able to find the exact car that I wanted with all the options I requested. I was worried the process was going to be hard but Shawn made it very comfortable. He knew everything about my car; showed me all the new options my car had including hidden storage, trunk space and the positions my backseat can go in etc; worked out an awesome deal; and I had this amazing test drive. I loved how smooth the ride was on the wet roads, since it was snowing an awful lot. Best time to test the traction. I left feeling very satisfied overall and confident I'll be recommending this dealership to friends and family. I am SO in love with my new ride! Thanks for being awesome! More
