Wrong part used after part dept confirmed correct part avail I called in advance to confirm that two replacement keys were available at the location and that the programing could be done that day. When I arrive I called in advance to confirm that two replacement keys were available at the location and that the programing could be done that day. When I arrived I was helped by Mike Weinstein in the service garage who explained that it would be about an hour to complete the programming. I agreed to this time frame and waited in the waiting room. Mike came in to inform me that there was only one key available and that a second key could be ordered, I could come in at 8am the next day, and there would not be a second programming charge. Although I was confused about the key availability, I thought that Mike was very accommodating if the situation was as he described. Within 30mins of my initial arrival Mike came in to tell me they were done with the job, I was very delighted that it took half the quoted time to complete. When Mike handed me the new key I noticed that it was a minivan key with the sliding door buttons and not a key for my Jeep. Mike apologized and confirmed that the two correct keys were indeed in stock and proceeded to get them programmed while I waited. Both keys were properly programed and I was on my way an hour and a half after my arrival. I was very pleased with Mike getting things straightened out after the initial confusion and I was glad not to have to come back the next day. I am giving an average overall Customer Service rating because the error was understandable but prevents a rating above average. I am giving a poor Quality of Work rating because I know that the company had to expense the cost of the incorrect cut key and that cost ultimately ends up costing the customer more. More

In the meantime I was driving my Uhaul truck to get around. Shawn was patient and friendly. He made my buying a new Jeep easy. I gave him my budget and what I was looking for. There was no pressure from him or tried to get me to spend more. I picked out blue Sahara and he had to place calls to get it transported to the dealer. He ran into some problems that were out of his hands and he stayed late to find me another one. There was no more blue so I chose red. I had to return my Uhaul truck and Shawn sent Tyler to come pick me up at the storage place and because I had no car Tyler took me to a bank to get a cashier's check for the car. He was very pleasant and made me laugh lots. These guys really went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this dealership. More
