Won't honor extended warranty I will never go to or recommend Bob Shuman to anybody. They 100% do not stand up to there extended service contracts. I was pressured into buying a ex I will never go to or recommend Bob Shuman to anybody. They 100% do not stand up to there extended service contracts. I was pressured into buying a extended service contract, and of course the first time (after paying over $600 dollars towards it) I try and use it they tell me the part is not covered. I was promised that this was going to be a bumper to bumper service agreement buy my salesman and obviously it is not. The say that a rear heater tube is a "wearable" part. What on a car is not a wearable part? I had a good experience up until now, but from now on I will never have a good this to say about Bob Shuman in Walled Lake, Michigan. If you do buy a car from Bob Shuman (although you shouldn't) DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT! They have lost a customer for good. More
