I will bring my vehicle back there for any job because they are very helpful even though I Lost my car for 2 days it was well worth it because I was just glad it did not blow the engine I would not recommend oil changes at any quick lube oil change place u get what you pay for have them done at the dealership I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.i can't thank Kyle enough for fixing their terrible job!!! The only negative experience was when I picked up my car I was on time but the porter took 1 1/2 hours to finish my car and bring it to me. The porter was not very concerned about the value of my time. I understand they are busy but my sales person tried to call and find out what time it would be ready so I could leave and come back but could get no one to answer the phone. I would like to say the my overall experience with my sales person would make me return Shuman Chrysler for the purchase of another car in the future. More

Great Lease Deal I went to two other Dodge Dealerships; Galeans Dodge and Suburban Dodge. I ended up walking out because the deals offered in the news papers weren't even close to the offers I received in the showroom. So as my final try I called Shuman. I told them my needs and what I expected to pay monthly. The salesman came up with a deal that fit in my budget and I made the purchase. No hassles or xx like the other dealersships. The NO COMMISSION SALES STAFF is a great way to do business. Those other dealers should take a page from Shuman's book of how to treat a customer. I wish I would have went to Shuman Jeep first. I would have saved (8) hours of my life that I can't get back!!! More
