2012 Charger SXT Used Car Purchase I had been looking for a Charger for the better part of 2 months when my sister happened to drive by Shuman CDJR. We swung in and talked with Steve. I had been looking for a Charger for the better part of 2 months when my sister happened to drive by Shuman CDJR. We swung in and talked with Steve. I was actually looking at an older model (that was going to not be available)...but figured I mine as well take a look at the 2012 Hot Reddness that was on the lot. It didnt take long for that car to sell me, and Steve was great. Down to earth, not overzealous, and not ignoring us (I wear shorts to work and sometimes car guys think in just window shopping). I test drove the car, and continued doing search. Steve ended up steering me to the car I bought and I couldn't be happier. Also...the Finance guy (forget his name) was AWESOME. And the other salesmen were engaging and one even got me a cup of coffee...Overall I am very glad I went with Shuman and will point all of my friends there for any of their car needs. Jaguar Premium Service at Shuman I own a Jaguar XK8 and have to bring it to Shuman to get the high level of service the vehicle requires. For example, at Shuman to precision bala I own a Jaguar XK8 and have to bring it to Shuman to get the high level of service the vehicle requires. For example, at Shuman to precision balance my tires, they use a "Load Force" balancing technque that requires a premium piece of capital equipment that Jaguar does not have. Further, the Chysler Service Technicians at Shuman seem to be more knowledgable about the intricacies of aligning the XK8 front-end than the Jaguar Technicians. The results of the work at Shuman was a much smoother ride with no vibration. I told the Jaguar Service Manger the after Jaguar aligned my front-end and balanced my tires, I had to take the vehicle to Shuman to get the vibration out. Plus the cost was much cheaper.
