My husband and I had been to nearly every Jeep dealership within 30 miles of our work in Southfield - Shuman's was one of the last dealerships we stop My husband and I had been to nearly every Jeep dealership within 30 miles of our work in Southfield - Shuman's was one of the last dealerships we stopped at before making our decision on our new car purchase. It was by FAR the best experience, all around, starting at the initial phone call to see if they had what we wanted on their lot before making the drive. I cannot say enough how great Mike was. He wasn't pushy, he understood our needs and what we were trying to achieve and ultimately helped us get there. Typically, the process of agreeing on the price and completing the paperwork is a cumbersome and stressful process. Not with Mike, it was smooth and stress free.
