Two excellent experiences with Shuman This was my second purchase of a car from Shuman Dealership. I live a little distance from the Dealership and Cheryl got all the needed information from me by phone and fax so I could arrive and go over the contracts and sign. This saved me a couple of hours. Rick Rawls persisted until he was able to accomplish a dealer trade. He was polite and determined, what more can you ask of anyone? It probably starts from the top, since the owner is on sight and available to meet. He then pays his employees salaries so they don't beat you up and then offers a price that cannot beaten. For the first time since I starting buying new cars, almost 40 years ago, I enjoyed the process and am excited about my purchase.
