Shawn was great, the rest was a little dissappointing. Shawn was the ONLY person from several dealerships to really follow up with me. I would get some canned messages from the other dealers, but he actual Shawn was the ONLY person from several dealerships to really follow up with me. He's a little "green" but I thought he did pretty good being that he's new to auto sales, and I really didn't have many questions other than pricing/availability. It was disappointing to come in for a meeting with him, and have to stand at the front desk for 10 minutes , while other sales guys talked to each other before asking me if I needed help. Shawn got all my paperwork done and ready for me to pick up the jeep the next day. However, I came to pick it up, and I had to wait about an hour because the detail people weren't done w/it. I came after work w/my 9 year old. Needless to say we were starving and expecting to be out in 20 minutes. It would be nice if you had something other than some old coffee...Or if we had been offered some water or something while we waited. Oh well, got the jeep, runs great. More

All I had to do was sign off on the documents, wait a little while for the car to be brought over to the front door and drive off. The process was entirely hassle-free with no surprises. Chad also took the time to explain and demonstrate some of the features of the vehicle. This was the best sales experience I have had with any dealership. More

They were friendly, very responsive via phone and email (which is rare!), and worked to find the exact vehicle I wanted. We were able to circle-around on pricing quickly and fairly. I've been loving my new 2014 Dodge Durango -- I think is the proverbial "sleeper-hit" of 7 passenger SUVs.
