A Positive Purchase Experience - Thanks to the Shuman Team When we went into the Shuman new car sales showroom, we already knew that we wanted a Chrysler Town & Country. However, we were very unsure about the When we went into the Shuman new car sales showroom, we already knew that we wanted a Chrysler Town & Country. However, we were very unsure about the specific trim level to select, as well as the exterior / interior colors. With the benefit of hindsight, we can enthusiastically say that we are thrilled that Christine Jacobs approached us, welcomed us, and asked how she could help. It was a pleasure to work with her. Christine has a very friendly personality, and helped us to feel comfortable. When we told her that we were unsure about the colors (the website color chips help, but aren't enough), she drove us over to the huge offsite lot filled with every possible Town & Country color. Being able to see all the colors side-by-side made a selection easy. It was great that Christine was so willing to spend this extra time / effort with us, because we believe that we were able to make the "right" choice very easily and quickly. As to trim level, Christine's advice was helpful. She helped us to understand the differences, using a very clear spreadsheet-type comparison chart. She never pushed us into any particular direction, but helped guide us through the decision making process. That was greatly appreciated. Concerning pricing, we didn't think that we needed any assistance on this. We had "supplier" pricing, and already knew that there were incentive / bonus cash programs. However, Christine went the extra mile and found that we qualified for an additional rebate. That was an extra $500 for us --- and it was solely due to her efforts. Christine also helped us by making the trade-in process easy. There were no surprises, and it was essentially painless for us. Finally, it's important to mention Greg Jacobs. Greg sits at the desk adjacent to Christine's. At first we were confused about his occasional involvement (suggestions, answers to questions). Then, when we learned that he is both Christine's sales partner and husband, we understood. It was great to have his involvement, because Christine and Greg support each other, and cover for each other (including handling phone calls and email inquiries). As an example, Greg (who is tall) helped us understand how the roof rack works. Christine (who is not tall) demonstrated all the interior features and systems. It was a great experience to work with both of them. In closing, this was a very positive purchase experience. We recommend both Shuman and the Christine & Greg Jacobs team. More
