He had a lot of great advice and knew what he was talking about and I was very comfortable asking questions and trusting his responses. I recently worked with Steve Vlivi in the parts department to order a part for my vehicle. He went above and beyond checking with several supplier to try to get me the best price. He was able to get the part expedited and called to keep me advised. Even though it was a part that did not require dealer installation, when it arrived he personally installed the part at no additional charge. Car dealerships are always nice in the new car sales process but I have found Shuman really cares about you once you own your vehicle. Thanks Shuman! More

2nd Time Lessee - Another Great Experience I want to start by saying that I've written 2 reviews in my life and both have been about my experience with Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In 201 I want to start by saying that I've written 2 reviews in my life and both have been about my experience with Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. In 2012 I leased a Jeep Patriot from Ryan Edwards and Gary Cooper, my experience throughout the course of the lease was great(so great that I still remember both of their first and last names); 10 out of 10! There were issues with the infotainment system shortly after I leased it and Ryan had me bring it in on short notice to have it checked out. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and re-affirmed my decision to take my business to Shuman! As it goes with any lease, there comes an end...Mine however, came a little early as I had been driving from Northville to Ann Arbor on a daily basis. I called Ryan on his cell phone (which I still can't believe a salesman would provide a customer with their personal cell phone - great customer service) to let him know my situation and he let me know that he recently moved into Used-Car Sales, but pointed me in the direction of Gary Cooper and Justin Davis (I liked the fact that I would get to work with Gary again, but was uncertain as to the customer service Justin would be able to provide-the bar was already set quite high). I spoke with Gary and let him know that I would really like to get into a Truck this time around; Gary let me know that he was going to look into a few options for me and that I would be contacted by Justin shortly with the details of what they found. No less than 2-Hours later Justin called me with a great lease option on a 2014 Dodge Ram (so far, so good). I went into Shuman that evening after work and Justin had the keys for the truck in hand and ready for me to take out for a test drive. The truck road like a dream just as promised and I came back in hesitant to see what the cost of the lease would be, but anxious to start the paperwork. My poor planning held me back from signing all the paperwork that evening due to my insurance company already being closed for the day, but Justin scheduled me for 4:30pm Friday (the following day) and gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns (I don't know if this is normal practice at Shuman, but again, I was floored with the customer service). Lease signing day was great! I came in and met with Justin; he had me in and out with my brand new truck in time to take my hungry fiance to dinner in Northville at 6pm! I don't know they have in the water over there, but the sales people are very down to earth and really treat you like a friend rather than a dollar sign...I have said it many times in the past since my last experience with Shuman and I will continue to spread the word in the future; if you want a great experience buying or leasing a car, go see the group at Shuman. They keep your best interests in mind and treat you like a friend. Again, GREAT WORK SHUMAN! A special thanks again to Justin Davis, Gary Cooper, and Ryan Edwards; you guys have treated me better than when I was a college student at an all you can eat crab leg buffet. All jokes aside, thanks for all your help and excellent customer service; Shuman changed my paradigm of car dealerships/sales people and reinforced it on my second visit! More
