Found a beautiful well priced/well maintained Town & Country that was loaded with bells and whistles!! Both Dave and his finance manager "Nick" worked with me to finance the deal. On the day I agreed to purchase the vehicle, time ran short and I had to return a couple of days later to finalize the deal. Dave told me on the phone that he had "big" news and a surprise for me that I would really like a lot. When I got there, I found out that there was a promotional offer that "Nick" took the initiative to re-financed my deal through and it almost cut my interest rate in half !!! Also, it cut my mo. payment by $30!!! I tell you, I really feel blessed by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for how the timing of this offer lined-up with the delayed purchase of this vehicle...and for placing Dave and Nick in my path to help me get a great deal!!! Seriously, I am keeping a close eye on Shuman's Used Car Inventory because I am really thinking about trading in another vehicle and I will seek out Dave as my Salesman!! More

Recent Purchase I went to Shuman on a Saturday, after having spent most of the day at another competitor. After meeting Chad, I found out that the dealership actually I went to Shuman on a Saturday, after having spent most of the day at another competitor. After meeting Chad, I found out that the dealership actually had closed for the day - however he took time to bring up some inventory and to understand what I was looking for. He followed up with me on Monday and he worked to get me a better deal on the Limited versus the Laredo I was pursuing at the other dealership - to the tune of $100 off. This really impressed me and by end of day Monday the deal was closed and I got a new Jeep! More
