She worked around my schedule, which is pretty hectic, to ensure that papers got filled out at my convenience. The other thing I really liked about Cheryl is that through talking with her about the monthly payments and the car I wanted, I felt that I could really trust her and she cared about my satisfaction. There were a couple scratch marks on my car and she let me know that she would schedule something to take care of the problem immediately.. something I feel other dealers or dealerships would not pay much attention to after they made the sale. I would recommend to all my family or friends that they visit Shuman the next time they are looking for a car and will be back for sure after the end of my lease. More

Jeremy was phenomenal. I called Shuman after calling other dealers who wouldn't give me a price and wanted to give me some crazy sales pitch. When I called Shuman I was transferred to Jeremy and within other dealers who wouldn't give me a price and wanted to give me some crazy sales pitch. When I called Shuman I was transferred to Jeremy and within minutes I had a vehicle sticker price and lease quote emailed to me on a few different options. Even though we are an hour away we were sold by Jeremy's professionalism and efficiency and leased the van without ever even going into Shuman. I have never bought a car through my cell phone before. He texted me all the links for credit apps and took care of everything. The car was delivered to my home by a friendly driver (Skip) that night between kids' events. Talk about convenient! Skip gave me all the paper work that Jeremy had highlighted. Within in 20 minutes I had our new van and he drove away with our lease turn in. The next day Amy called from Shuman to let me know they had my old van and were processing it. She even let me know we left sunglasses and a DVD in the van and is mailing it back. Edmunds sent my information to Shuman and right away I received an email and shortly thereafter a call from Cheryl Mehler asking how she can help. After she gathered some information, she was able to get me a price on the vehicle I was interested in and also on a couple other vehicles she thought I may like. As it turns out, the car I contacted her about, though I liked it, was not the car for me. The two other cars she showed us ended up being perfect cars for us (we leased two the same day!). She listened to what our needs/wants were and made them fit into our budget, better than we expected. We got a great car and a great truck without any hassle. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back for new cars in a couple years when it is time to turn in our leases. More
