I went to this dealership after first going to the Southfield Dodge dealership near my home and being dissatisfied with the level of service (at the Southfield Dealership). There was ample parking and I was immediately able to find someone who graciously found someone to assist me. Bryan politely shook my hand and gave me good eye contact which I find very important. I had my 3yo with me and he was nice to him as well. I felt as though I was being taken seriously and I also felt respected (unlike what I experienced at previous dealership). I immediately was able to tell him which new vehicle I was interested in purchasing and he seemed to actively listen to me. He was able to come up with some ideas and options very soon after. I didn't feel forced or pressured to get options I wasn't interested in getting. He seemed to appreciate me as a customer without even knowing much about me at that point. I did not expect to actually get the vehicle today due to buying history of taking 2-3 days to finalize sale, but fortunately, Bryan was able to make this happen very quickly for me. The most important thing that was the most impressive is that they had toys and a play area available for my son to play in while I waited and discussed the details of my purchase. This was a HUGE convenience especially since I had no other option but to bring my son today and I didn't anticipate the deal actually completely going through today. Normally....if I knew I was handling such business....I would not have had my son present since he can be a big distraction. Bryan and the other staff there went out of their way to make my experience pleasant and tolerable. I did not feel as though they were annoyed by my son's presence. There was a female staff (I didn't get her name)-who was not even involved in my deal - who came into the private finance manager's office and squatted down to build blocks with my son. This was very impressive and such a relief during a moment when my son was getting bored. I was often kept updated and given a time frame of the progress. They were very patient during moments where I had to tend to my son or make a call to my husband. The environment was very clean and pleasant. There was a tv and clean magazines that kept me occupied when necessary and coffee/hot chocolate available as well. The restrooms were also very clean. Every staff I came in contact with was very nice and respectful to me AND my son. I also feel that I was given a fair deal and it seemed as if both parties left the deal satisfied. Bryan even assisted me with getting the new vehicle to my home since I had no other adult with me to drive both vehicles (my new one and my old one). This was very impressive as well and totally not anticipated. This officially put an end to my anxiety filled day. On the drive back to the dealership, he even gave me the ins and out of the vehicle even after the deal was fully completed. The kindness continued all the way up until I bid him farewell. Initially, I had so much anxiety going into the dealership due to past negative experiences and had so much stress leading up to today. I truly appreciated the time they took out to assist me with my vehicle needs. I would recommend Bryan and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. In the End, she left the Dealer very happy with a New Chrysler 300 S with all the bells and whistles for the same monthly payment as our old Journey that had nowhere near the amenities.
