My experience with Mike actually started the day prior to leasing my new vehicle. Due to my financial situation changing significantly since my last lease in 2011 from Shuman, I wanted to know what I needed leasing my new vehicle. I utilized the online chat available through the Shuman website and was linked up with Mike who answered all of my questions kindly & sufficiently - we also set a time to meet in person on Friday. He assured me that they would do everything they could to assist me in getting a new vehicle. Friday was a long day for both of us, but Mike was patient and very thorough in explaining all of the options available to me. We discussed purchasing used, purchasing new, as well as leasing a new vehicle. I test drove a couple of vehicles and he ran the numbers for my review. I did end up needing a cosigner due to my credit situation, and Mike personally drove me to meet with my father and do all of the necessary paperwork so I could go home with a car that day. Amy Brown was also very helpful with doing my lease turn-in paperwork (since there were issues with Ally she had to do it all manually - thanks Amy!) and explaining the additional costs I would incur.
