I wanted to test drive the Chrysler 200 as I was deciding between this and a Buick. Bryan greeted me and immediately asked me how he could help me. He suggested that we find out what my trade in was worth between this and a Buick. Bryan greeted me and immediately asked me how he could help me. He gave me a card of an insurance person who I called. Within no time the insurance person gave me a quote which was so much less than I've been paying I was ecstatic! Bryan was already at work figuring out my payments. He was dead on for what he quoted me in the beginning. He even got it lower than the original quote! All I can say is Bryan made it all happen in no time at all. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient everything went! Bryan took care of everything and made it all happen so that all I needed to do was get my title (fair price on trade- in), and return to my new vehicle! Our salesperson Mike Yezak went infinitely above and beyond any & all expectations that we had in pursuing our new car purchase or in any customer service situation that we have ever been a part of. We beyond any & all expectations that we had in pursuing our new car purchase or in any customer service situation that we have ever been a part of. We were guided to Schuman Jeep through the Costco auto program. Within 10 minutes of inquiring about the program on Costco's website, Mike emailed us offering his services. We called & told him what we were looking for, and within 15 minutes he called us back with pricing which was far lower for the same vehicle than the other few Jeep dealers' pricing that we had been researching. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about his product; he was able to answer every question correctly & immediately, or he found the correct answer within minutes. Mike was very accessible, responsive & a great communicator; he answered the phone immediately every time we called him with a question, or he returned our call within minutes. He kept us informed about our deal every step of the way through email, text & phone calls & he provided us with his personal cell phone number to reach him on his only day off with any questions. In speaking with Mike, he truly exuded honesty & integrity. As we needed 2 signatures for our paperwork, Mike traveled on his own time, on his day off to collect my fiancees signature at her workplace as she would not be able to come to the dealership the next day to pick up our new car. Mike worked very hard to find the exact car we had built online, however, in that configuration there were very few available in the country at the time. He and the dealership manager Chris Brough located only a couple available anywhere and were not sure that they could trade another out-of-state dealership to get it in a timely manner. Rather than have us wait for the car, they offered us the exact Jeep that we wanted, in an upgraded trim version, that they had on their lot. The sticker price of this car was almost $2000 more than the sticker price of the car that we wanted. They both offered of their own volition to give us the brand-new, higher priced car off of their lot for the SAME money that we were expecting to pay for the lesser-equipped model we inquired about! Mike & Chris also worked very hard to get us the most money possible for our trade-in vehicle, which was being traded in damaged from a collision. On picking up our new car, Mike gave us a very thorough overview of the car & its operation. He got us in & out of the dealership in record time, being very sensitive of our time constraints. It is almost surreal writing this review from home on the first night with our new Jeep, as we, and the general public at large, are definitely not used to being given this over-the-top type of customer service. We are accustomed to & constantly accepting of sub-par service as it has become the norm. Participating in an experience like this really jars your thinking back to how customer service is supposed to be. We wish we could give 10 stars to every survey question. We could not be happier with our experience at Schuman Motors, our new Jeep or with our salesperson Mike, & general manager Chris. We are family of lifetime Chrysler employees & will be purchasing all of our new Chrysler products from Schuman Motors & Mike Yezak & will recommend that anyone we know do the same.
