I first phone called the dealer to speak with a new car sales representative. I spoke with Jeremy, he was very polite, very professional and LISTENED to my inquiry reference vehicle availability per a Sun sales representative. And, unlike several other dealers I had contacted, the dealer had several of the ad vehicles. When I reached the dealership everyone I spoke with was very courteous making me feel welcomed. When I spoke with Jeremy, there no upselling, running around, rather, he was very professional in attitude, he listened to my direction that I wanted to go and got me there with no fanfare. Jeremy began explaining the details such as pricing/finance/plans available/what was required of me, etc. Again, he was very professional and listened to me. Jeremy went over the available inventory as I zeroed in on a vehicle. He brought the vehicle up after cleaning it off and waiting for it to warm up. Jeremy told me about the features of the vehicle and allowed me a test drive. Upon selecting the vehicle, Jeremy, again very professional and in detail to my understanding, explained the standard financing features. Jeremy was patient in explaining and in detailing the financing features I wanted to explore. I had to obtain an employee code, Jeremy was of great assistance as I was not in the "system". He and I made several inquiry calls, finally getting the required information. Jeremy was of great assistance. Post finalizing the terms of the deal, which were much to my satisfaction, I sat with finance to finalize the transaction/paperwork. Finance was very courteous and professional without a bothersome effort to upsell financing features. They listened to my upfront request. After which I picked up the vehicle. Jeremy took all the time I required explaining the fine details of operating the mechanics and technical aspects of the vehicle. I am very pleased with how I was treated the salesman, the staff and the dealer ship. Without hesitation I would very much recommend Jeremy and Shuman Motors to anyone.
