I live in the area and have seen the dealership for years. I recently became interested in purchasing a new Jeep vehicle and had been told by several people that Shuman was an excellent car dealership years. I also like that they are close to my home in the event that my new vehicle requires service. As it turned out, my wife has known the General Manager for almost 40 years and truly trusted him. When we went into the dealership to begin our search for a new Jeep, Joe Zeigler directed us to a very helpful salesman, Joe Nicles, who worked very diligently to find us the vehicle. It took a couple of days, but he was able to locate a vehicle from another dealership and got it to us the same day and we picked it up later that night. The salesman and Credit Manager put no pressure on us throughout the entire process. When we picked up the vehicle our salesman, Joe Nicles, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time to show us how everything worked eventhough the dealership had closed and he did it inside the service department because the weather was so bad outside. I would highly recommend Shuman if you are in the market for a new Chrysler vehicle. More

Jeremy jumped through hoops to find us the car that matched our specifications exactly and had it picked up from Ohio, prepped and ready before our deadline so that we could surprise our daughter. When I walked in yesterday to lease a new vehicle, I was greeted immediately by a familiar face. He introduced me to Michelle Cooper who took care of me. She was so wonderful and thorough. She took a long time with me and brought some different vehicles for me to test drive. I had a couple in mind when I went in there and I am happy to say I walked, out or drove out of there in an amazing new Dodge Journey. It is a huge step up from what I was used to and the price couldn't have been more appealing to me. I am extremely happy with my new SUV. Michelle was so personable and so nice and easy to talk to. She never pressured me or made me feel rushed. She couldn't have been nicer. I was always taken care of very well by my previous sales gal and now know that I have an awesome replacement in Michelle.
