Nicole was so very helpful getting me into a new car. I had a Town and Country and desperately wanted out of a mini van. I could not afford the Jeep that I really wanted (Jeep Wrangler - Rubicon) so I set had a Town and Country and desperately wanted out of a mini van. I could not afford the Jeep that I really wanted (Jeep Wrangler - Rubicon) so I settled on one that I am liking a ton. I got the Jeep Patriot and it is adorable. Drives great. Heated seats - need I say more. Chris in finance was great. Friendly and organized. I would highly recommend Shuman. My overall experience with the Shuman dealership simply put into words was amazing!!! Seeing that this was my first brand new car I was very leery of buying new and Justin was able to show me that I could afford something new and be confident in my decision. Everyone at the Shuman dealership was extremely friendly and approached me instantly to find out if there was something they could help me with. Justin having just helped a customer outside and was parting ways with them, he saw me approaching the door and walked toward me, greeted me and asked if he could help me in anyway. Sure enough he was able and definitively did! My rating for the price was fantastic! couldn't be happier. It was communicated that our old lease payment was due on 11/10 ( the day of the lease. Update to review: Lease turn in did not go as expected. It was communicated that our old lease payment was due on 11/10 (3 days after we turned in our old lease). We wanted to make sure the old account was closed out before the payment was due. Somehow, either the fault of Shuman or Ally bank, the odometer statement was not faxed/received, so we had the 'pleasure' of getting harassed by Ally bank robo calls from India, stating that our payment was overdue. I am hoping that this gets resolved quickly, and I will update my review. More
