When I was in the market for a new Grand Cherokee, I decided to stop into Shuman Chrysler Jeep on a whim, more or less from hearing their ad on the radio. I have purchased all my other Jeep products from another dealer in the area whom I want to leave un-named because Shuman's downright trumped them in EVERY aspect. When I walked through the front door I was greeted by Nicole with a smile on her face and she gave me a feeling that I was important. I was looking at the new Grand Cherokee, and Nicole gave me a great walk through of the Jeeps features and benefits. Seriuosly, by the time she was done with that I was already sold on getting the Jeep. Throughout the whole process, Nicole helped me with descisions that I needed to make as well as made the car dealership experiance one that I will never forget. Justin was awesome from the very beginning. I came out to look at a 2008 Ford Escape and he pulled up the car facts and tried to give me the best rate possible on in-house credit. I wasn't able to get approved for that vehicle through the in-house credit nor through my credit union, but we kept trying. One of the vehicles that Justin suggested I try to get approved for was the 2007 Mercury Mariner. He gave me a great deal on this vehicle and was willing to wait with me on Saturday morning to see if I could get approved. Unfortunately, the bank was too busy and I had to try again on Monday. But during the time that I waited, he was cool to talk to. Very personable. When I showed up on Monday evening, with the check in hand and proof of insurance, I was greeted with a fully detailed "new" car and a smile that said I was going to be taken care of. He had all of the paperwork ready, suggested a few additional items through Chrysler for me to consider in the future, but wasn't pushy. That was appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership to ANY of my friends or family in the near future. They truly took care of me! More
