This was my first time leasing a Chrysler so it was just luck that I went to this dealer. When I called Ryan for some information he was very helpful and answered all of my questions right away and any that luck that I went to this dealer. Ryan was very accomidating for me. I was at work while we went over everything and he was willing to send me text messages which was easier for me. I wanted a 3.6L engine, Front Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive, a quiet interior, leather seats - not heated (not possible-oh well), spoiler, sun (moon) roof. Getting your car repaired is never one of life's joys. It just isn't fun. However, the people at Shuman make car repairs and car maintenance a positive experience. The primary reason is - their people a It just isn't fun. However, the people at Shuman make car repairs and car maintenance a positive experience. The primary reason is - their people are great! In short, I always come away from Shuman feeling as if I have been treated fairly. They help me prioritize the recommended service / maintenance items, in order to help me decide which items will be completed (and which items can wait). They seem genuinely interested in helping me save money (which is important when you have three cars to maintain). Their customer waiting room is comfortable, has free coffee, and even has WiFi. The dealership has Saturday service hours. My only recommendation for improvement would be to increase the staffing and hours on Saturday, in order to increase the number of services that can be completed.
