I called service for an oil change and tire rotation appointment for the next day. I expressed I had 30/40 minutes total early that next morning. We had been looking for a used vehicle for 2 weeks and drove by on Saturday after they were closed and found the car. On Monday morning, my husband met with Sarge and started the process - it had been in drove by on Saturday after they were closed and found the car. On Monday morning, my husband met with Sarge and started the process - it had been in the shop to replace the rack & pinion and the power door locks. Sarge made himself available, and when he was not, had prepped the other salesmen on my interest in the vehicle. We were able to close the deal on Tuesday afternoon. As I stated, we had been looking for cars for 2 weeks - a crueling task! There was one other car that we were very interested in, a Toyota at the Toyota dealership. It was a VERY nice vehicle, but when it came down to it, the salesmen would not negotiate or discuss anything about the car. They just wanted to add money to it and have their maintenance department fix it. They were also "fishy" in their remarks and tried to show us a local market graph of where the price is....Something an inexperienced buyer might go for, but we've been around for awhile. I really appreciated Sarge's candid way of dealing with the issues and made it happen for what we felt was reasonable. More
