Several years ago, Shuman took an order over the phone for a Chrysler 300C for my mother who lived in LA. At that time, no dealer in LA would sell my mother a 300 as she was purchasing one with my employ for a Chrysler 300C for my mother who lived in LA. Not only did Shuman take the order, but my mother got the exact vehicle she wanted and it was delivered to her home in New Orleans. Shuman made me look like a Chrysler employee significantly above my grade band as all my mother's friends thought her son had her vehicle ordered specifically for her and shipped directly from the factory and delivered in her driveway. Since that time, I have only had my personal vehicles serviced at Shuman although there is another Chrysler dealer closer to me. The sales and service staff are professional, friendly, accommodating and the prices are fair. I highly recommend Shuman and would consider no other Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep dealer for my sales or service needs. LC Martin More

I received a letter via the U.S.P.S. from Shuman stating that they wanted my Jeep Liberty Sport and they would give me 120% of value. My vehicle is in excellent condition. I took them up on their word and that they wanted my Jeep Liberty Sport and they would give me 120% of value. My vehicle is in excellent condition. I took them up on their word and they DID NOT deliver the 120%. They offered my less than the Kelly Blue book price. I was very disappointed in this. In addition, I shopped around other dealerships in the area and found a much better price for a Grand Cherokee for a lease with no money down. More
We have leased several vehicles from Shuman over the past 10+ years and currently own two Jeeps that we purchased there. We consistently receive good service there. I am the person in our family that brings all of our cars in for service, including oil changes and tire rotations. 5 February I left the house and had the tire pressure light on. I called Shuman and the Service Manager, Mike Weinstein, took me in right away. It took just a few minutes to get my pressure equal on the tires. He took the time himself to do it so that I didn't have to wait, and then, an added plus, had my Jeep washed. It is a good feeling to know that the dealership cares about service. Sales is easy. Service takes diligence, patience and care. All 3 service managers treat our family well. I'll be back in less than 1000 miles for the next oil change. More
I received great customer experience with Sergey. I had almost given up on the Dodge dealers after having had 2 bad experiences looking at new Durangos. The first suffered from any sense of urgency in getting me information on a loaded Citadel - pricing, etc., and they did not have one at the dealership because the owner's wife had the only one in her garage at home. The 2nd suffered from lack of customer service. It was one of the coldest Saturdays, and I wanted to test drive a 2012 Citadel. The salesperson said that he did not have a Citadel but had an R/T that I would really like. The reality was that I stressed that I wanted a Citadel, but he continued to sell down to R/T. Then, he said to just take a look at it. Instead of pulling it up, he had made us venture through the parking lot with him, through the cold and snow to where the R/T was. The vehicle had not been warmed up or anything. I was sure that I was not going to find a dealer to assist me with any sort of customer service. Sergey and Shuman were great! They found the Black on Black fully loaded Citadel that I wanted, and we were treated very well. I love it! More
