Although this is my first visit to Schuman CDJR, this is not my first transaction with Rick. This recent purchase is my 8th Chrysler purchase and 6th Jeep. Rick went over to Schuman, and now with this latest Jeep Grand Cherokee, I followed him there. The original Chrysler dealership was within walking distance of my home, and I imagine I probably passed a number of Chrysler dealerships while driving to Schuman, WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT as to the distance. I fully trust Rick and will continue to do business with him as long as I purchase Chrysler products. I also have not had any hesitation to recommend him to both family and friends. The reason that I gave my 5 star raiting is based on a couple aspects from my experience with the dealership. My plan was to head to a different dealership much further away prior to contacting Shuman Chr couple aspects from my experience with the dealership. Once arrived I was greeted promtly and very warmly and received the upmost service by Jermey that I have seen yet in any dealership or service that I have had. I took much notice to Jermey in his actions and the athority of his willingness to assist me in getting my car. It took 2 days and many hours or work, but we were finally able to me into my car and pulled off the lot very happy! I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a newer car and/or a place with freindly hard working staff! More
