At the dealer today I bought new wipers for front and back of my wife's PT Cruiser and Kyle installed them for me, ran the car through the carwash, and checked how they really worked on a wet car. The process of actually getting the car was painless and quick. Friendliness: This kind of goes hand in hand with the Customer Service. Everyone I dealt with greeted me with a genuine smile and a handshake. I work in sales too, and I deal with people I despise. I know the difference between putting on a fake show for a customer and truly making a guest feel welcome. Overall Experience: Couldn't be happier. Being younger, dealerships and salespeople really didn't take me seriously. This not only made me think less of that salesperson, but made the dealership look bad as a whole.
