We were looking for a new car and our son suggested we look at a chystler because my husband has trouble getting in and out of a car. I did inform him that since he was our first stop, that I wanted to compare prices with another dealer. We did this and then I realized how very good James was, and even though his price was slightly higher, we were so impressed with him, that we went back and bought the car from him. We figured the small difference in price was worth the excellant service and repor that we had with James. I will definetly recommend him to our friends looking for a car. More

This was our fourth consecutive JGCL purchased from Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since 1999. After the sale we noticed the factory installed radio did not include GPS. The vehicle build sheet confirmed the media center with GPS should have been included. When I brought this to the Shuman team's attention they immediately went to work to rectify the situation. The end result - they installed an "upgraded" version of the media center that not only has GPS but included a number of additional functions. The Shuman team went above and beyond what was required to address the issue. This is yet another example why we continue to go back to Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service and new vehicle purchases. More

He has many years of experience and we trust his assessment of the problem and the time it wil recognized when you walk into the service department.
