This is the second visit I've had to Shuman. Both times I've worked with Mike Weinstein in the service department. I've honestly never had a better experience with service personnel. In fact, I was planning on purchasing my wife a Buick Enclave for her new vehicle but now I will consider a Jeep Cherokee based soley on the experiences I've had with Mike.
