Explained the offer on my trade in and how the number was derived. They counseled me on warranty options and helped me pick a really good package to meet my needs. They were patient and kind to my mother who was along to make sure she was comfortable getting in and out of the new vehicle. They offered beverages, snakes and the remote to the TV and kidded around with her and made her feel like a true participate in the process. Even more than the great deal I got the warm reception afforded my mother meant so much. I would, will and look forward to recommending Shuman to everyone and anyone I can. Do you have a five star rating for customer service, because I would recommend them for it? One last thought. Typically the first thing I do after a dealer encounter is remove the license plate frame they invariably add to my vehicle; not this time. I’ll happily leave the Shuman logo embossed plate cover on my shinny new Journey. I’ve already told all my co-workers how happy I was with the service I received, and think one may come there soon to check out what kind of deal she can get.
