Great Service from Advisor Tim Ferrin I arrived at Shuman's for my maintenance appointment completely frazzled. I was crossing the Ambassador Bridge from Windsor and it took me an hour an I arrived at Shuman's for my maintenance appointment completely frazzled. I was crossing the Ambassador Bridge from Windsor and it took me an hour and a half instead of the usual 5 minutes and needless to say, I missed that appointment and another I had scheduled. I ended up calling Tim three times to change my appointment that day, and he assured me each time they would take me whenever I could make it in. When I finally did arrive - I had not figured on Pontiac Trail being completely torn up but it was that kind of day - Tim was calm and patient, (completely opposite to how I was feeling) and reassured me they would get me out as quickly as possible. He was absolutely right. Besides appreciating the great maintenance service Tim and his team provided, I particularly appreciated Tim's calm and efficient manner. I bought the Pacifica at Shuman's, and I received such good service, I drive there for service despite the distance. It has been totally worth it, and Tim showed me again today why I will continue to bring my car to Shuman's. More
