I took my new truck in to have the oil changed from the factory conventional to full synthetic. Tim Ferrin was very helpful and extremely patient as we exchanged emails for a couple days. I thought I did enough research and brought a different brand of oil than was offered there but had the wrong grade. As soon as the service department noticed this error, they stopped to discuss this with me. Tim assured me the synthetic oil offered there would be fine for the vehicle. (Should have left it to the pros to begin with.) Tim gave me a discount because of MY error. He felt bad that I had to return the original oil from wherever I purchased it from. WOW! Who does that?! Tim also let me know about the oil change package they offer which I will be purchasing on my next visit. This dealership really does believe in putting the customer first. Also, I dealt with Chris Reicha to purchase some all weather floor mats. Again, he was very helpful and patient as we exchanged a few emails. Allen took all the time we needed in helping us consider what the options were and the benefits to both. His knowledge of cars and finance, not to mention patience, are outstanding. The icing on the cake, though, was when we went to finalize the sale and pick up the van, he announced he was able to reduce our monthly payment and include another rebate. This was after we had placed a down payment and agreed to a purchase price. He didn’t have to keep working for us but he did. We appreciate his hard work and efforts immensely. Allen also made sure we were comfortable with all the technology involved in the car. He helped us customize everything before we left the lot. We are recommending him to family and friends.
