Mark was very nice and professional. I took my journey in for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew my tires were bad but was hoping they were good enough to get them rotated. Mark explained how they were wore out and pulled options up for me to see. I said I would think about it. I went home and compared tires online and called a couple tire shops. I called Mark back and made an appointment for the next morning. He explained about dealer cash and I paid $100 less than I was quoted!! No one came close to the price from your dealership. Very happy with my tires and will be back for my next oil change. More
