It is unfortunate that you would have to post this review, along with several others all over different platforms regarding the same matter. Your accounting of events that took place are not accurate. You were cautioned during several visits to the dealership regarding your deleted exhaust system and the effects it would have on your factory warranty. It is fortunate for you that you were able to get your vehicle fixed "under warranty" with the circumstances that it presented.

Your tech lied! He said the delete is what caused the transmission to fail. Addtionally, i was told that my truck could not be diagnosed because of the delete, anothet lie. I had the truck ECM/TCM updated at another dealer and no codes could be found. Then when i picked my truck up being told nothing could be done, I saw your mechanic outside innthe parking lot and he was laughing and shaking his head. Additionally, the reason i deleted and bypassed the emmission system was the DEF had gone bad for a 3rd time! I supposed you think i should keep replacing that defective system to the tune of $1800, which i was quoted, every 2-3 years? The owner himself told me the Ford diesel trucks run much better when the EGR/DEF system is deleted, during a followup call he made to me when i left a poor review after getting my truck back after the, supposed new tranmission had been installed, but the mechanic had forgotten to tighten the carrier bearing bolts! So maybe Labrum would like own up to its lies and incompetence now?
