we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand why you're frustrated. To help us look into this, can you let us know whether the collision repairs were completed at our body shop? The Collision Deductible Reimbursement included with the Noller Advantage program requires that the repairs be performed at our collision center in order to qualify for reimbursement. If the repairs were completed at our body shop, or if you believe there are circumstances we should review, please send us a direct message with your name, vehicle information, and the date of your claim. We'd be happy to review the details and make sure everything was handled correctly.

I called the 888 number on the policy, and it instructed me that if I was more than 50 miles from the dealer that I purchased it, to take it where it was convenient. Can you please provide a phone number for me to call? I called several times the past few days and get put on hold for 20 minutes and then the call just drops.

Still no response from Laird Noller on this. I have called multiple times, been put on hold for 30 minutes, then my call was cut off.
