With professional, friendly, and positive attitudes, I had never been in a dealership's service department that was so quick to complete my vehicle so promptly. With quick and smooth completion, a serviceman explained what was done and if anything else needed to be repaired. Outside and around the large selection of new and use vehicles, so many different clean autos and trucks with so many choices to choose from. Originally went to buy a Passat with Caden, we went back and fourth on pricing for a few days before finally agreeing. I'd given them my licensing info, gotten my insurance in order and had them run my cred and fourth on pricing for a few days before finally agreeing. I'd given them my licensing info, gotten my insurance in order and had them run my credit to get the show on the road, after all was said and done I've been told that the actual car had been sold days before. Communication there not great obviously, I'd left some reviews about the experience and was contacted by Dylan, a used car manager who said he was sure they had other cars and could make it right. I told him what I've told every car salesman which is my main concerns where gas mileage and reliability. The next day they came up with an offer for an older, higher mileage more expensive SUV then the Passat, it was a Ford escape, after doing some research on the vehicle the gas mileage was in the toilet and the reliability was too, so I passed. Most of their other vehicles are also in the unreliable range. Mid 2010s kia and Hyundai's they sell I probably don't need to get into but just google theta 2 lol. I appreciated them trying and taking the time, so I do give them props for that but ultimately we failed on a car after a pretty unfortunate incident with the Passat and at the end of the day that's kind of what matters is results. Caden and Dylan we're both very nice but the communication obviously isn't there and neither is the selection. More
