I don't need to hear any more corporate-speak about my expectations or how much you care. If it was YOUR car, it would have been correctly diagnosed and fixed during the warranty period. Does your cruise control work? I'm glad. Ford has had several chances to look into this further, as the part has been failing for over a year, with multiple complaints. Please let me know when you'll be picking up my car, fixing it, delivering it, and presenting a bill that reads "paid in full". Sort of brings tears of laughter to your eyes, right? Lucky you, it's not your car.
