4/27/2019 Overall great service. They came out to update. It was quick but one thing they forgot to switch out my sticker for when my next oil change is. Other Overall great service. Usually really good but had an issue this time Took my car in for oil change/tire rotation/general maintenance two days before a road trip to Chicago. Half way there, something was dragging under the front of my car. It was the shield and hadn’t been fastened on properly. I had to stop for over an hour to have it fixed. Normally really great service and this is not enough to stop me from coming back. Just something for the service department to be aware of. Thanks! More

2009 Mercury Mariner A couple of years ago, I had an estimate for to have a part of my brake system replaced. Goodyear quoted me around $2600. I then called Laird Noller A couple of years ago, I had an estimate for to have a part of my brake system replaced. Goodyear quoted me around $2600. I then called Laird Noller and found that by taking it to them I would save around $500. I have the oil changes done at Jiffy Lube but I have all my other work done at Laird Noller. They won my trust. Rick very nice, very helpful. Made me feel important. More
